These Kealakapawa dancers braved the weather and made it out to Hawaiian Eyes Cafe for some drinks, pupus, Hawaiian music, and good fun hula.
On Sunday September 21, the hula event at Tsukashin was cancelled due to the heavy rain.  Homare of Hawaiian Eyes Cafe, invited schools of dancers to perform at his club...  We were invited to come too, so we joined in the fun, drank beer, and gin & tonic, ate good food... But most of all, we loved sharing our hula, and seeing other dancers dance.  It was a wonderful gathering.
With hair flowing and hips moving, Fusako vamps in between verses as she does the hula to Pua 'Ala Aumoe.
The finale Ka Uluwehi O Ke Kai was danced by the members of Ka Hula O ..., with Homare of Hawaiian Eyes Cafe.
